Cabernet sauvignon 60% & Merlot 20% & Syrah 20%.
Intense field selection by removing buds and green harvesting.
Production of 4.500 kg per hectare.
Maceration and fermentation during 28 days.
Malolactic fermentation and ageing for 10 months in new barrels of 225 liters.

High purple layer colour.
Intense maturity in nose. Candied fruit, balsamic and toasted.
Elegant attack on the mouth. Ripe tannins. Full.
Highlights the acidity characteristic of the state.
