These General Conditions of Contract (hereinafter, "General Conditions") regulate the buying process of the products offered by VIDMUNDI, S.L. in the catalog available on its website www.fincalacantera.com.

These conditions are mandatory for both parties, and their acceptance is essential to formalize an order. Therefore, the Customer must carefully read these conditions.
The headings of the various clauses are for informational purposes only, and they will not affect, qualify, or expand the interpretation of the General Conditions.
These General Conditions will be governed by the applicable legal regulations.
The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors under the age of 18 is prohibited. Therefore, VIDMUNDI, S.L. will not register or supply to anyone under the legal age.

The Customer expressly agrees, for all communications related to registration on the website and/or product purchases, to use email as a valid means for such communications.
A Customer is anyone who places an order on the website www.fincalacantera.com and accepts it at the time of order placement.
To place an order, the Customer must register as such and provide the following mandatory details: full name or business name, CIF/NIF/DNI, billing address, shipping address, contact phone number, and contact email address.
This data will be processed according to these General Conditions and the Privacy Policy of the site.
The username and password used for website registration are personal and non-transferable identifiers. VIDMUNDI, S.L. reserves the right to block or cancel the username and password of users with outstanding debts or those who are found to have engaged in fraudulent or bad faith activities.

Each product has a page where its description and sale price (VAT included) are displayed.
The final purchase price of a product or its shipping costs may vary depending on the destination region. In any case, as the customer provides the delivery address, the website will display the exact price of the products.
The system will automatically calculate the shipping costs and communicate the total price before the Customer accepts the order.
In most cases, the product page will include a photo of the product and a description of its technical characteristics.
Sales made by individuals or legal entities based in any of the EU countries will be subject to VAT.
VIDMUNDI, S.L. informs that its online store is available for sales within Spain (except for the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla). For purchases from these areas or from abroad, please contact us via email or call our phone number.
Acceptance occurs when the Customer gives their express consent to the order placed and after accepting the General Conditions. It is finalized when the Customer clicks the "CONFIRM ORDER" button on the order screen.
When the order is activated, the Customer formalizes a purchase contract with VIDMUNDI, S.L., acquiring the rights and commitments established in the applicable regulations and these General Conditions.
After accepting the order, VIDMUNDI, S.L. will contact the Customer within 48 hours to confirm the order.
The invoice for the purchase will be sent with the products purchased.
Placing the order does not mean the product(s) is/are reserved; the product(s) will be reserved once payment is made.
If the product is not in stock at the time of payment, we will contact you to inform you about the availability of the product or, if necessary, proceed with canceling the order and refunding the amount paid.

The Customer will choose the desired payment method when making the purchase.
The Customer can choose to pay by credit card at the time of order placement. Only Visa/MasterCard/Maestro/Euro 6000/American Express cards are accepted.
You must notify VIDMUNDI, S.L. any improper or fraudulent charge on the card used for the purchase, by email or telephone, in the shortest possible time, so that we can carry out the appropriate procedures.
When selecting this payment method, the Customer must pay the order amount by bank transfer to VIDMUNDI, S.L.'s account.
The Customer must make the transfer within three business days of the order confirmation.
In the transfer you must indicate the full name of the person or entity to whom the order will be invoiced and the number of said order (the number is automatically assigned by the system when completing the order); in addition to indicating VIDMUNDI, S.L. as its beneficiary.
If payment is not received within this period, the order will be automatically canceled.
Delivery times depend on the availability of the ordered products. The maximum delivery time within mainland Spain is 5 business days after payment confirmation, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. This period may vary during holiday seasons or due to factors beyond VIDMUNDI, S.L.'s control.
For deliveries outside the mainland or the Balearic Islands, please consult our Customer Service before purchasing
No shipments will be made to PO Boxes.
Deliveries will be made by a courier to the delivery address specified in the order’s shipping details. If the address is changed afterward, additional costs may apply, and delivery may be affected.
An address must be indicated where delivery can be made within normal business hours. Two distribution attempts will be made. If you are unable to deliver the merchandise, the delivery person will leave a note for you to go to the nearest courier office. Delay in delivery will not imply any compensation and will only entitle the Client to cancel the order when the circumstances described in the following point of these conditions occur. Any late penalty clause entered by the Customer in their order is void.
VIDMUNDI, S.L. is not responsible for breach of contract due to causes unrelated to its activity, such as strikes or transportation problems.
The Customer has the right to cancel the order within seven business days from the receipt of the product, as established by Article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Commerce.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify VIDMUNDI, S.L. by postal mail to the address Cantera de Santa Ana s/n, 31521 Murchante (Navarra) or by email at vinos@fincalacantera.com.
Once the withdrawal communication is made, VIDMUNDI, S.L. will respond with the procedure for returning the product. The product must be returned within 7 days from VIDMUNDI, S.L.'s confirmation of the return process. Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the Customer.
When the Client has exercised the right of withdrawal or resolution, VIDMUNDI, S.L. will be obliged to return the sums paid by the Client. The return of these sums will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, respecting the legally stipulated period.
If at the time of delivery it is visible and clear, without the need to manipulate the shipping packaging or the product itself, that a product has defects caused by damage in transport or, in the same way, an error is seen in the product received, you must notify VIDMUNDI, S.L. at the addresses indicated above. In that case, VIDMUNDI, S.L. will deliver to the user another product equal to the one purchased, collecting the defective one when delivering the new product, assuming VIDMUNDI, S.L. the costs of this management. In the event that the Client chooses to have the money returned, he must indicate this by providing the account number into which he wants the corresponding amount to be deposited. The refund of the amount will be made within the legally established time.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the event that the product is not returned in its original packaging and when the product is not in perfect condition. Those rights of withdrawal outside the stipulated period will not be honored either.
VIDMUNDI, S.L. guarantees that it will respond to the Customer for any non-conformity in the products at the time of delivery, according to the applicable legal warranty framework.
The invoice from VIDMUNDI, S.L. serves as the warranty, and it must be provided with the goods for any claims.

Para todos los aspectos de la garantía comercial a que se refiere el Artículo 11 de la Ley 23/2003, de 10 de julio, de garantías en la Venta de Bienes de Consumo, será de aplicación lo contenido en la Ley 7/1996, de 15 de enero, de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista.

For notifications, requirements, or any written communication, the address of VIDMUNDI, S.L. is as indicated in these General Conditions.
If a clause of this contract is declared invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the clauses will remain valid and in force.
These General Conditions are governed by the current Spanish regulations, including the Civil Code, Law 26/84 of June 19 for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Law 7/98 of April 13 on General Conditions of Contract, and others.
The legislation applicable to these conditions is Spanish. In case of litigation regarding these General Conditions or the Privacy Policy, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Navarra.
