Silvia Peña: Daughter of a Burgos-born man, where lunch is taken daily in underground cellars. Tomás Santos: Son and grandson of wine merchants. Both biologists but with wine running through their veins. They decided to move to Tarragona to train as oenologists. That’s where it all began.
After several years developing their careers separetly, they launched their own project. Since 2017, they’ve been running Finca la Cantera de Santa Ana together.
