It was well known by our ancestors where to grow their vines. Finca la Cantera de Santa Ana is located in this exceptional place known for centuries as the “Monte de las Viñas”.

We pride ourselves on a quality viticulture, with passion and reponsability. Our wine production is limited as we only select grapes from our estate: Chardonnay, Syrah, red Grenache, Merlot, Cabernet sauvignon and Tempranillo.

Green pruning, crop thinning, macerations, malolactic fermentation in the barrel, oak and bottle ageing, the passage of time… These are some of the tools we use in making our wines.
